My Story
From the earliest days I can recall, a paintbrush has been a constant companion in my hands. What started as a simple hobby has grown into a lifelong passion. Painting is more than just something I do – it's a significant part of who I am.

My artistic journey started at an art school in Kyiv, Ukraine, from 1999 to 2003, where I learned the basics of drawing and painting. Moving to France, I continued my artistic exploration with evening classes at the Emile Cohl illustration school and attended workshops with experienced artists who fueled my creativity.

Originally from Ukraine, I was influenced by master painters like Shishkin, Kuindzhi, Levitan, and Repin, developing a deep appreciation for realism and landscapes. Leaving for some time in France exposed me to the vibrant world of the impressionists, while staing in the Netherlands introduced me to the timeless beauty of the Dutch old masters. These diverse cultural experiences have profoundly influenced my style.

Being a painter is more than a choice; it's my way of expressing and growing. Realizing that my art can capture emotions and stories was a transformative moment, a gradual process of self-discovery that continues.

Among various artistic mediums, my favorites are watercolors and oil paintings which allow me to achieve precision with oils and a sense of freedom with watercolor.

Colors, to me, are like musical notes, weaving emotions and stories. I want my art to evoke feelings, just like music does. This artistic journey is ongoing, with each piece breathing life into stories and emotions. Standing at the crossroads of colors and canvases, I invite you to join me on a never-ending trip through the many shades of my imagination.
